REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

Professional Engineering/Architectural Services

Cass County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering and/or architectural firms for design and related services in connection with the replacement of roofing systems at the Cass County Justice Center, the original Sheriff’s Office facility, and the Juvenile Office facility. Services may include evaluation of existing roof conditions, design, preparation of bid documents, and construction administration.

Firms must be licensed to practice in the State of Missouri and will be selected in accordance with the Missouri Professional Services Procurement Act (§§ 8.285–8.291, RSMo). Cost proposals should not be submitted.

Statements of Qualifications must be received by Noon on November 12, 2025 at the Cass County Commission’s Office.
