S05 Solicitation Questions
The solicitation states that the services will be scheduled on an as needed basis, how are we to price the work with unknown variables such as location, days needed, travel costs ... for the price structure below? Pricing should be set up as follows and will be fixed:
Appearance fee: Appearance fee should be per day Number of days will be requested upon scheduling.
Price per page:
Milage (if additional, see locations per SOW 1. General): Milage rate will not exceed government set rates if needed. Also see SOW 7. Place of Performance. Also, conference calls may be set up for other locations.
Any additional fees (if needed): Would you be willing to set this contract aside for SDVOSBs? Unfortunately, a sources sought notice (36C25625Q0101) was published prior to the solicitation and didn t receive sufficient responses from SDVOSBs to warrant the set aside. The solicitation is small business set aside and you are still able to submit a quote.
