Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, travel, disposal, permits, and incidentals necessary for the complete removal of existing roofing systems (including asbestos-containing materials) and installation of new 30-year architectural composition shingle roof systems on five (5) employee housing units and three (3) detached garages at the Mountain Pass Maintenance Station, including all required asbestos abatement, repairs to underlying structures, and installation of new roof accessories.
