Estimated budget cost $120,852.00 for three (3) year term

Current Contractor: Premier Property Preservation, LLC. Current Contract Total: $41,200.00.        Current Contract Monthly Service Cost: Mid-Day Janitorial Services: $1,144.46.

New Projected Term Dates: 7/1/2026 through 6/30/2029.

Please note that a mandatory pre-bid conference walkthrough is scheduled for this project (see Schedule of Events below for date and time). In order for a submitted bid package to be accepted and considered, interested bidders are REQUIRED to attend the walkthrough.
