Sealed bids will be received electronically through PennBid by The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Morrisville for “KTC River Pump Station, Low Lift Pump Upgrades”, Contract Nos. KTC-S-02M and KTC-S-02E until 11 o'clock AM, prevailing time, on the 14th day of July 2025 at which time they will be publicly read at the Municipal Authority of the Borough of Morrisville office, 35 Union Street, Morrisville, PA 19067. A non-mandatory preconstruction meeting will be at the project site. Contractors shall convene at Sessa Circle, Falls Township, 19067 on June 26th, 2025 at 10:30 AM.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the state where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
