2025 Fire Hydrant Replacement, HWSA Contract 25-4

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received by the Horsham Water and Sewer Authority online at PennBid™ - www.PennBid.net until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on August 6, 2025, at which time the bids shall be opened for:
2025 Fire Hydrant Replacement
Contract No. 25-4
The work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to replace twenty-six (26) existing fire hydrants and associated piping in various locations in Horsham Township, as described elsewhere in the Project Manual and/or shown on the Drawings.
Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contracts, and to waive any informality in the bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids.

Only bids submitted online at PennBid™ - https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com by the date and time above will be considered and opened.
This project is subject to the applicable provisions of Act 442, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
There will be no pre-bid meeting for the project.
The following professional consultant is responsible to the Authority for the project: Gilmore & Associates, Inc., 65 East Butler Avenue, Suite 100, New Britain, PA 18901.
Questions will be received on PennBid™ only until July 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
