DESCRIPTION

The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify qualified small business manufacturers or suppliers capable of producing Cable Assembly, SPEC in accordance with a Government-owned Technical Data Package (TDP). This notice is issued solely for planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will be issued on or about June 24, 2025.

The anticipated acquisition will result in a One-Time-Buy contract with an estimated of 10 each to support the Patriot Weapon System.

The cable assembly, special must be produced in accordance with a Government-provided TDP and meet all applicable performance and quality standards.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Interested small businesses should submit a written response including the following information:

1. Company Name, Address, and Point of Contact

2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code

3. Confirmation of Small Business status under NAICS 335311

4. Brief Capability Statement (no more than 2 pages) addressing relevant experience and manufacturing capacity to include the ability to manufacture per a Government TDP
