Project Description: The Columbia County Water Utility (CCWU) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for SCADA design and implementation services to replace and existing SCADA HMI, install new server hardware, and work stations. In addition to the software and hardware upgrades the proposal shall include a 5-year Annual Maintenance and Renewal Plan. The system will be capable of monitoring alarms from two water treatment plants, five wastewater plants, elevated and ground storage tanks, booster pumping station, and lift station. The SCADA network for monitoring includes fiber networks, radio, and cell modems.
