Request for Combined Qualifications & Experience/Technical Proposals Including Price Submissions for Projects Involving MS4 Impervious Acre Credits

The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, Maryland (the "Board") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide valid and cost-effective projects that will reduce the County’s impervious acreage to satisfy the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit. The Washington County Coordinating Committee will be evaluating submissions to this request and will consider those firms deemed most qualified.  The Board will only consider Electronic Submittals via this bidding site for "Projects Involving MS4 Impervious Acre Credits ".  Details and all documentation associated with this Request for Proposals is included on this bidding site.  Please note that proposals are being accepted in two categories identified as Category A and Category B, as described in the RFP documentation.  Offerors may submit proposals under Category A and/or Category B and may submit more than one proposal in either or both categories. Please upload each proposal separately and identify it as a "Category A" or "Category B" proposal.  Landowner letter agreement and cost breakdown shall be included in each proposal document submitted.
