The premises sought through this RFP will house the field office for the Massachusetts Trial Courts Judicial Information Services Department (JISD). The JISD is responsible for selection, deployment, implementation and support of computers and networks for the Trial Court. The premises sought should have a secure reception area, a computer-built room, space for the storage of equipment and other materials. Access to a building loading dock, first floor ground level space or an elevator with a minimum size door opening of 42 in. and 51 in. depth is required. One contiguous floor is preferred. This office is expected to receive approximately 20 visitors per day.
