The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Well 6A-W319, Booster Pump Station (BPS) 8A-B2 and Pressure Reducing Valve Station (PRVS) 6A-R2 project. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. Well 6A-W319, BPS 8A-B2 and PRVS 6A-R2 is located near E. Pinnacle Peak Road and N. Tatum Boulevard.
