The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide architectural services for the Phoenix Fire Department to design a new fire station (Fire Station No. 7). This project site is located at 3rd Street and 4th Street off E. Townley Avenue on City of Phoenix owned property. Services will include design and possible construction administration and observation. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $15 million.
