Emergency Operations Center Functional and Tabletop Exercises

Emergency Management Department through the Mayor’s Office of Public Safety, is seeking proposals from vendors to design and implement a Functional and Tabletop Exercise for the City of Los Angeles Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The exercises will need to align with the City’s Integrated Preparedness Plan (IPP), developed and maintained by EMD. The contractor will need to design the exercise scenarios based on the IPP to address key preparedness priorities. Each scenario will require Level I activation of the EOC (highest level), providing the City an opportunity to practice and refine emergency operational response procedures for significant incidents
