The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located at U.S. Highway 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico, 87420, has an upcoming requirement for the partitioning/enclosing of an existing dark room, removal of existing equipment, and installation of a new *DRAFT* brand name or equal Vycon Direct Connect (VDC) XXT flywheel with a *DRAFT* brand name or equal Eaton 93PM UPS battery. The projected period of performance is eight (8) months from the award date. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0 million.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H7102500335 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by August 28, 2025. Evaluation factors may include the quoter’s technical capability to meet the government need, narrative descriptions of a minimum of three (3) past projects of similar or same complexity within the past five (5) years, and pricing information in sufficient detail. Quotes will be due on or by September 11, 2025, at 2PM MDT. The acquisition is Full and Open.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
