Haz Waste Disposal Renewable Service Contract

SERVICE CONTRACT FOR HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL, TESTING

The Idaho Army National Guard is seeking qualified bidders to respond to this Service Contract for the removal and disposal of hazardous waste (Cradle to Grave) at approximately 35 National Guard Armories and maintenance facilities around the State of Idaho. The disposal of all hazardous waste must be in compliance with all current EPA/RCRA Regulations. The "Cradle to Grave" concept will include lab analysis, labeling, any necessary repackaging, placards, manifesting, transporting and disposing of hazardous waste. Proof of insurances shall be submitted with proposal response. The Idaho Army National Guard has approximately 35 National Guard Armories around the State of Idaho that are established as potential hazardous waste pickup sites. Typically, all sites are classified as “Very Small Quantity Generator” status, except for Gowen Field and Orchard Training Area in Boise, which are considered a “Small Quantity Generator”.
