Synopsis
The Missouri Coalition for Oral Health Inc. is the only organization in the State of Missouri with the ability to support the Coalition’s advocacy for the improved oral health of all Missourians via connections for Oral Health members, partner organizations, and decision-makers and to respond to regional and local oral health issues, to compile feedback from its members related to the Missouri Oral Health Plan and to guide local public health agencies and community-based organizations regarding oral health policy issues in Missouri and to support statewide efforts to improve the oral health status of all Missourians within the Maternal, Child Health Population, especially populations with disparities in oral health and access to care to include educating partner organizations, decision-makers, the public, and members of the Missouri Coalition for Oral Health; identify, prioritize and implement evidenced-based strategies to improve oral health; and evaluating the strategies and education for effectiveness.
