SECO Energy is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive benchmarking survey of Work Management Systems (WMS), Field Design Manager (DM), and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) used by electric cooperatives across the United States. The goal is to evaluate SECO’s current systems against industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement, modernization, or replacement. See RFP in documents for complete SOW.
