RFP 2025-0500-0250 Alaska State Council on the Arts Contemporary Art Bank Manager

The Department of Education and Early Development, Alaska State Council on the Arts, is seeking an Art Bank Manager who will provide services related to lending, management, curatorial and conservation services to maintain and preserve the artworks in the Alaska Contemporary Art Bank. In addition, the Art Bank Manager will oversee digitization of the collection and collaborate with a contractor to support that work over two fiscal years.

Department of Education and Early Development, Alaska State Council on the Arts, estimates a budget of up to $120,000dollars for completion of this project. Proposals priced at more than $120,000 will be considered non-responsive. Total budget amount will be divided into three (3) possible terms. Renewals are granted at the discretion of the State of Alaska.

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00PM prevailing Alaska Standard Time on February 6, 2025, as indicated by email timestamp and late proposals will not be considered.
