NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25252012 AMATS: W. 32 ^nd Avenue Upgrades Design Services

The Contractor shall provide professional design services for the above-referenced project. Services are anticipated to include Surveying & ROW Mapping, Hydrologic & Hydraulic Design, Traffic & Safety Analysis, Design Study Report (DSR), Erosion & Sediment Control Plan (ESCP), Public Involvement, Plans, Specifications, & Estimate(s) (PS&E), Assistance During Bidding, and Assistance During Construction. The project will reconstruct W. 32 ^nd Avenue and make upgrades to non-motorized facilities as well as select lighting, traffic, and drainage improvements.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2025 to December 2029.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be greater than $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available January 15, 2025, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Pr oposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than February 5, 2025, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
