The University is seeking a centralized Peer Review Software Solution that integrates with the Canvas learning management system (LMS), to ensure a consistent, high-quality peer review experience for all students. A single solution would streamline the process for instructors and improve the overall teaching and learning experience by providing a reliable tool and a uniform approach to peer feedback.

Currently, there is no standardized, university-wide solution for peer review. Instructors have been using their own tools, which has resulted in a wide range of different software used across courses. This lack of consistency has created variability in the quality of the peer review experience for students.

The University is inviting both solution providers and solution implementation specialists, with demonstrated experience in peer review software, to submit Proposals to the University. It is our intent to issue a contract for three (3) year(s), with the option to renew.
