City of Leduc

The City of Leduc Telford Lake North Shore Outlook and Trail Improvements project generally consists of, but is not limited to the following:

- Site preparation and management, including pedestrian and vehicular traffic control measures and delineation of work zones.
- Tree removals, including clearing and grubbing.
- Saw cutting, removal, and disposal of existing hard surfacing materials.
- Removal and disposal of existing soft surfacing materials.
- Salvaging and relocation of existing concrete slabs and benches.
- Fine grading, balancing, and preparation of subgrade within the project limits.
- Construction of asphalt trails and rest areas, including subgrade preparation, granular base course, and asphalt supply and placement.
- Outlook construction; including pre-cast lock block retaining wall, structural and timber components, and seating areas.
- Rehabilitation of impacted (including grading) landscaping features including placement of topsoil, seed, ornamental boulders, and installation of plantings (including maintenance).
