Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), an independent federal agency, seeks qualified small business vendors to provide communications services, including strategic media support, message development, media content creation, social media engagement, crisis communications, and creative design.

Questions:

Submit all questions in writing via email to onwankwo@eac.gov, with a copy to Contracts@eac.gov, no later than May 01, 2025, 2:00 PM ET. Responses will be issued via amendment by May 07, 2025.

Proposal Submission:

Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format via email to onwankwo@eac.gov, cc: Contracts@eac.gov, by May 9, 2025, 1:00 PM ET. Late submissions will not be considered.
