The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This requirement is for Non-Personal Services to advise, establish and maintain the network connections to support Exercise Northern Strike. Manage information system assets associated with Automated Information Systems (AIS) and Internet Protocol (IP) Local Area Networks (LAN). Perform system integration and administration, develop policy recommendations, and create and implement Information Assurance/Computer Network Defense (IA/CND) programs to protect and defend information, computers, and networks from disruption, denial of service, degradation, or destruction. Plan and develop the Master Net List and Frequency requests from exercise participants. Validate subordinate Army unit’s electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) request using Standard Frequency Action Format (SFAF). Coordinate with the Michigan Army National Guard G6 Spectrum Manager to manage the COMSEC required to support all radio and SATCOM nets. Prepares and forwards properly formatted frequency requests to the appropriate military or civilian agency for coordination and approval. Ensure spectrum supportability for frequency emitting equipment which is being used within a specified area and obtains electronic warfare (EW) clearances. 2. Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
3. What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement?
4. Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements to perform the services of this requirement?
5. Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all services specified in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement.
6. Contractor confirms full capabilities of completing the required services specified in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement.
