Digital Market for MD ARNG Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB)

Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB), is looking for services to provide a comprehensive marketing program to enhance recruiting efforts, optimize digital outreach, and improve brand visibility. The services shall include account management, training and consulting, market research, marketing strategy support, local search engine optimization (SEO), and recruiter support tools in accordance to the Statement of Work (SOW)

Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be 1 Year (12 months)

SAM Registration: Completion of the re-quired FAR 52.212-3, OfferorRepresentations and Certifications –Commercial Items is required. When youcomplete your SAM registration, the link tocomplete your Representations andCertifications is also available. Offeror mustbe registered in the System for AwardManagement (SAM). No contract will be en-tered into with an unregistered vendor. Internet access allows you to register bycompleting an electronic on-line registra-tion application athttps://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/
