The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (“MDVA” or “State”), Minnesota Veterans Home Minneapolis (“MVH-M” or “Home”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide infusion services to the Veterans and their spouses who are residents at MVH-M. The current capacity of the Minnesota Veterans Homes is Minneapolis Skilled Nursing: 300.
It is the goal of this RFP that the Home establish a contractual relationship with one qualified, licensed vendor to provide infusion services to residents of the Homes.
