The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract for glass replacement and repair for all City of Arlington (COA) buildings. The agreement shall include all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and travel necessary to complete orders on an “as-needed” basis. The City reserves the right to request product samples before awarding the solicitation.
The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this RFP electronically. If submitting a paper proposal, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late proposals will not be accepted.
The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations.
