Description

The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota has issued this solicitation FA469025Q0033, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures for the supply of Two (2) disintegrators IAW the attachments listed below. The following are attached to this solicitation notice:

Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote, the vendors' assigned Cage Code and be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement.



Quotes are to be submitted via email to to A1C Vaishali Upadhyay at vaishali.upadhyay.1@us.af.mil and TSgt Martel Angelo M. Surop at martelangelo.surop@us.af.mil no later than 03 June 2025, 13:00 PM MDT. Quotes must be valid until 04 August 2025, 13:00 PM MDT.



Questions must be emailed to vaishali.upadhyay.1@us.af.mil before 27 May 2025, 13:00 PM MDT, and a memorandum with the answers will be added to this solicitation by 30 May 2025, 13:00 PM MDT.
