Scope of Work: 1. The City of Ocala is seeking quotes from qualified Florida licensed General or Building Contractors to perform rehabilitation work on a residential home located at 812 NW 2nd St, Ocala, FL 34475.
2. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the services in strict accordance with the rehabilitation specifications, guidelines, and the Florida Building Code.
3. NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Refer to the listing for the pre-bid meeting date, time, and location. 6. Work Summaries and Reports:
A. Exhibit A – Scope of Work
B. Exhibit B – Price Proposal
C. Exhibit C – Work Write Up
D. Exhibit D – Asbestos Survey Report
E. Exhibit E - Lead Risk Assessment PRICING AND AWARD
1. Bidder must upload a completed Exhibit B - Price Proposal with their response.
2. Bidder must bid on all line items.
3. Bids will be received on a lump sum basis. Lump sum amounts must include all direct and indirect costs.
4. Award will be made to the lowest bidder, not including optional line items, meeting all requirements outlined herein.
