Scope
Storm Lake RC:
Demolition
- Remove and dispose offsite 6 existing York RTU’s, t-stats and associated wiring
- Remove and dispose offsite 6 radiant tube heaters and associated wiring to BAS
- Remove and dispose offsite 1 Ruud water heater and expansion tank
Furnish and install
- 6 new Lennox Enlight RTUs to include the following
- 208/3 phase power
- Bacnet ready
- 2 stage heat
- Combination gas valve
- NG heat
- 2 stage cooling
- Barometric relief dampers
- Hinged access doors
- Condensate switch
- Hail guards
- Non-fused disconnects
- Fire smoke heads if units exceed 2000 cfm in the return and units that exceed
15,000 cfm in both supply and return
- Curb adapters w/ hurricane straps
- Any gas line alterations to include replacing ball valve and unions
- Smart thermostat to include 7-day scheduling
- Any electrical associated with the project include breakers, line voltage wiring and
low voltage wiring
- Reconnect any fire alarm controls that may shut off equipment in the event of fire.
- Any roofing membrane repairs or changes that may be needed from the installation
must be compatible with the roofing system
- Include crane use
Furnish and install
- 6 new Shwank radiant tube heaters to include the following
- Combination gas valve
- NG heat
- 2-stage heat
- 26 GA aluminized steel reflector
- Direct-drive ECM motor
- 6 programmable t-sats for individual control
- Fresh air intake kits
- Horizontal wall vent kits
- Provide any electrical line voltage and low voltage needed for completing the project
including wiring, conduit, and breakers
- Include scissor lift for project
Furnish and install
- 1 new 100-gallon RUUD direct replacement water heater to include:
- 115V power
- NG fired
- All associated copper piping and copper fitting materials needed to install the
replacement water heater
- Include any electrical needed
- Expansion tank
- Condensate neutralizer kit
- Fiber glass insulation and all associated materials needed to re-insulate damaged
or nonrepairable insulation on water lines
FMS maintenance shop alternates priced separately
Demolition:
- Remove and dispose offsite 1 York RTU, thermostat, and associated wiring
- Remove existing Co-Ray-Vac system and dispose of offsite
- Remove wash bay radiant tube system and dispose of offsite
- Furnish and install the following
- 1 new Lennox Enlight RTU to include the following
- 208/3 phase power
- Bacnet ready
- 2 stage heat
- Combination gas valve
- NG heat
- 2 stage cooling
- Barometric relief dampers
- Hinged access doors
- Condensate switch
- Hail guards
- Non-fused disconnects
- Fire smoke heads if units exceed 2000 cfm in the return and units that exceed
15,000 cfm in both supply and return
- Curb adapters w/ hurricane straps
- Any gas line alterations to include replacing ball valve and unions

- To include replacement roof blocks to support the gas lines and electrical lines
- Any roofing membrane repairs or changes that may be needed from the installation
must be compatible with the roofing system
- Include crane use
Maintenance shop:
- Furnish and install the following
- (2) 2 stage Schwank radiant tube heaters
- Heaters to run North South one on the West side and 1 on the East side of the shop
- New holes drilled for intake and exhaust pipes
- Provide all material needed for venting materials needed to bring in combustion air
from the South side of the building and exhaust materials needed to exhaust from
the North side of building
- Provide all materials for gas lines to each radiant tube heater
- 2 each 7-day programmable tstats
- Provide any electrical line voltage and low voltage needed for completing the project
including wiring, conduit, and breakers
- Patch hole with similar materials from the demoing of the Co-Ray-Vac vacuum
pump
- Include scissor lift
Wash Bay:
- Furnish and install the following
- (1) 2 stage Schwank moisture resistant radiant tube heater
- Moisture proof t-stat
- Tie onto existing combustion air intake
- Run new exhaust thru the existing penetration on the North exterior wall
