Pender County is seeking qualified firms/individuals to be considered for conducting a stormwater assessment of the Scotts Hill area of Pender County. The firm selected shall have experience in, but not limited to, stormwater management, stormwater assessment and design, project management, environmental assessments, nature-based solutions, and project implementation. The selected firm will help with all potential preliminary and subsequent post-award grant work (funding application & administration, analytical reports such as environmental/biological/wetland, engineering design, surveying, Geotech, easements, CA/CO, studies, planning). The selected firm shall also have experience with a variety of funding sources, not limited to but including, SDA, Golden Leaf, NC Commerce, NC DWI, EDA, ARPA, FEMA, and any other funding source. The selected firm shall also be knowledgeable with all state and federal regulations and requirements along with uniform guidance as needed as well as a good understanding of Pender County Code of Ordinances, Unified Development Ordinance, State and Federal permit regulations, and all other practices that pertain to stormwater. The area of anticipated work will be the Scotts Hill area. Pender County seeks an initial one year contract with up to four one year optional renewals.
