Description
The Minnesota State Patrol is looking to make a one-time purchase of two untrained “green” detection canines along with canine equipment. The canines should be dual purpose, European imported Belgian Malinois or an approved equal. Note that the State reserves the right to make the final determination on what constitutes an approved equal that is sufficiently similar to the listed specifications. The canines will need to be available for testing the week of May 26-29, 2025. For more information refer to Exhibit C to the Sample Contract for Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work.
THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-electronic or e-mail responses will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

If your response does not comply with the solicitation requirements, it will be rejected. The State of Minnesota will award the event to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
