Amendment 1: 316th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) Water Fountain Replacement
The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a Site Visit by multiple vendor requests. Question due date updated. Attachment 3: Site Visit Access Form & Attachment 4: Photos Added. See Instructions to Offerors number 3 & 4 & Attachment 3 for more information. Acknowledgement of this amendment is not required for submittal of quotes, if you have submitted, an update is acceptable but not required. Quote due date remains unchanged from Wednesday, 25 June 2025 no later than 4:30 PM EDT.
Site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 2:00pm EDT. The Site Visit will be located at 1832 Robert M Bond Dr, Morningside, MD 20746.
This requirement is for the removal, replacement and installation of water fountains. The 316th Security Forces Squadron requires water stations with the capability of delivering refrigerated water between 40°F and 50°F and units must be equipped with a filtration system rated for a minimum of 3,000 gallons. Must be certified to NSF/ANSI 42 & 53 filtration standards and meet all lead-free compliance regulations. Contractor must remove and dispose of six existing fountains, soundly install six new devices and dispose of all restoration and trash and clean the work area. Contractor must agree to a one-year warranty covering the following: repairs to any broken equipment that affects water supply, water pressure, etc.
