Description: The County of Ulster (“the County”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from photovoltaic (PV) and/or battery energy storage system (BESS) developers to develop and build a PV and/or BESS on County owned property (SBLs 86.12-5-12.320, 86-12-5-12.310) in the Town of New Paltz, NY. The site, referred to as Paradies Lane, totals 57.3 acres. Approximately six (acres) of the site will be used by the County’s new Emergency Communications Center (ECC) now under construction.
