Overview
Summary

This contract is for the complete turnkey replacement of the gym sound system at Coral Shores High School. It is the school’s desire to have the system work well with both announcing athletic events, playing sports related music, and public events involving speakers using wireless mics. The system should not be a voice only system. The scope will include all engineering, labor, equipment, and materials required to provide a complete working gym sound system as described in this specification. Contractor should include the cost of any rental equipment required for installation in their pricing proposal. The district will award up to 10% contingency beyond the value of the proposed system replacement price to cover unforeseen needs not identified in this request for proposal. Under this contract, all new electronics are to be provided including:

    1. Cabinets or racks to house the equipment
    2. Amplifiers and mixers
    3. Digital Audio Server
    4. Interfaces to allow the playing of media
    5. Four Wireless microphones
    6. Replacement speakers
    7. All equipment shall have power conditioners and surge suppression.
    8. New wiring to the new speakers and interface panels.
