The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide comprehensive training and capacity-building services for Operation STOP, aimed at addressing the opioid crisis in Newport News, particularly within Black communities. Services include professional development, information dissemination, and wraparound support for community-based organizations. Training must include the following offerings:In-person cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) training3-hour harm reduction/stigma training In-person 3 -hour Motivational Interviewing workshopCustomized practical application training for reaching highest riskRevive trainingMental Health First Aid(See attached for the link to OpenGov to respond electronically)Please note that only initial procurement opportunities are posted on eVA.
