Collection Supplies and Laboratory Consumables

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) seeks to establish a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Collection Supplies and Laboratory Consumables. This BPA is to provide purchasing routes of all analytical laboratory consumables and supplies (including shipping supplies) for the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). This BPA is for use by any FSIS Field Service Laboratory (FSL) (including the Accredited Laboratory Program and the National Antimicrobial Resistance Monitoring System) responsible for ordering items for FSIS inspection and sample analysis. The FSIS Eastern Laboratory (EL) is located at 950 College Station Road Athens, GA, 30605. The FSIS Midwestern Laboratory (MWL) is located at 4300 Goodfellow Blvd, Bldg. I 05-D Saint Louis, MO 63120 and 7654 Natural Bridge Road, Normandy, MO 63121. The FSIS Western Laboratory (WL) is located at 800 Buchanan St. Albany, CA 94710.

FSIS is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for “Collection Supplies and Laboratory Consumables” identified in the Statement of Work. If interested capability statements shall include:

1. Organization name, address, email address, Website, point of contact information


2. GSA FSS No. if requested supplies and consumables are offered


3. Identify if your company is a manufacturer of the requested items or an authorized reseller (include authorization letter from manufacturer)
