MANAGEMENT OF CONCESSIONS & LOADING DOCK OPERATIONS AT
NEWARK LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - TERMINAL B

The Port Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to manage and operate the
concessions program and manage the loading dock and storage facilities at Newark Liberty
International Airport Terminal B.
Site Inspection/Tour
A Site Inspection is anticipated for the Week of September 14, 2026 at Newark Liberty
International Airport - Terminal B.
A site inspection allows Proposers to tour and physically inspect the actual site(s) of work prior to
the submission of proposals. No questions will be taken during a site inspection. Attendance is
strongly recommended. Information conveyed may be useful to Proposers in preparing their
proposals and Proposers not attending assume all risks which may ensue from non-attendance.
Attendees interested in attending should RSVP to aviconcessions@panynj.gov no later than 12:00
p.m. (noon) ET on September 1, 2026 to be included on communications about the Inspection. No
more than two (2) participants per Proposer may attend.

posted at this website. Monitor the solicitation on this website to ensure your awareness of any
changes.
Proposers must register and create a free Bonfire account at the provided link in order to log in
and download the referenced solicitation and associated information, and in order to upload
proposal submissions. Registration on the Bonfire platform requires a registration that is separate
and distinct from all other Authority software platforms.
It is currently anticipated that proposals shall be due by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on (October
8, 2026), or as otherwise indicated in the document. The Authority shall accept only those
proposals in electronic format for which the submission or modification is completed at the time
of the Proposal Due Date. Emailed submissions, hand deliveries and mailed deliveries (e.g., UPS,
