The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Yamaha (Brand Name) Engine Replacement for two (2) SFA 38ft Boats in FY25. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 336611, and the small business size standard is 1,300 employees.
This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
