This is a non-personnel services contract to deliver exquisite data analytics that can characterize the of Radio Frequency environments relevant to complex tests. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government.
Data Models and Flows. An In-Phase and Quadrature (I&Q) and System Under Test (SUT) data model(s) and flow(s) to enable the extraction of Radio Frequency (RF) information from I&Q datasets that range from 10GBs to 1TB, and RF-related SUT parameter datasets that range from 1MB to 10GBs.
Radio Frequency Analytics and Visualization. Automated (AI/ML) analytical applications, based on the data models and flows, to extract RF and RF-related information. The applications will be able to extract information that includes, but is not limited to, radar pulse parametric information, communications signal characteristics, and the RF-environment for tests.
