OIL, LUBRICATING FOR MARINE DIESEL ENGINES

The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids to procure for the city of New York Department of Transportation (DOT) Marine Engine Lubricating Oil to be used for the lubrication of turbo-charged and blower type two-stroke electro-motive diesel (EMD) marine engines and to be formulated for use with low sulfur and ultra-low sulfur diesel fuels. Please submit your proposals by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFX in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab.
