The SCUCISD is solicitingStatement of Qualifications from firms (“Vendor”, “Proposer”, “Provider”,“Firm” or “Contractor”) to provide services focusing on Long-Range FacilityPlanning and Bond Assistance; to include conducting a Capacity Analysis,creating Educational Specifications and performing and reviewing a FacilitiesCondition Assessment in accordance with the specifications, terms andconditions, contained in this Solicitation.
Proposals for RFQ# 25-015V Long- Range Facility Planning and Bond Assistance will be accepted until the opening at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2025 . Bid Opening will takeplace immediately following 2:00 PM Deadline in the Purchasing DepartmentConference Room, 1056 Elbel Rd, Schertz, TX 78154.
Consistentwith Education Code §44.031(b) and Texas Government Code §2254, the Districtwill open, evaluate, and either accept or reject the proposal(s), based on the RFQ’scriteria.
Consistentwith Texas Government Code §552.104, proposals are not public information untila recommendation has been made to and accepted by the District’s Board ofTrustees.
Proposal responses must be clearly identifiedwith the RFQ number, description, and to the attention of the PurchasingDepartment. The Purchasing Department may open unmarked submissions to properlyidentify them. Respondents are advised to correctly mark submissions to protect the integrity of the proposal .
Respondents accept all responsibility forforwarding the proposal to the address above within the specified time, or it isunresponsive.
The Schertz-Cibolo-UniversalCity School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or allproposals in the best interest of the district and to waive any formalities orirregularities in the RFQ process.
