Texas Southern University is looking to upgrade its electrical distribution system by repairing circuits 5 and 6. University is requesting bids to perform all work including any necessary permitting, surveying, engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning for repair of existing, 12.47 kV underground circuits #5 and #6 along with all associated transformer taps, switch taps and circuits between switches and transformers. Circuits 5 and 6 originate at the MV switchgear located at the Central Utility Plant and serve several buildings on campus.
