RFP-2748 Request for Proposals (RFP) for Bus Wrap Production, Installation, and Removal for Chemung Co. Transit System (CTran)

The Chemung County Transit System (CTran) operates a fleet of fixed-route and paratransit
vehicles that serve residents and visitors across Chemung County, New York. As part of an on going modernization and branding initiative, CTran seeks to enhance the visibility and consistency of its fleet through the application of professionally produced and installed vinyl wraps. These wraps will align with updated branding standards and complement the appearance of newly painted vehicles already in service. This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the production, installation, and removal of full and partial vinyl wraps for 21 transit vehicles. The scope includes coordination with CTran and its design agency to ensure the provided artwork is fabricated accurately, installed with professional care, and aligned with agency specifications, including federally required
identification markings.
