Revlimid & Lenalidomide Capsules - All Strengths & Package Sizes

This Invitation For Bids (IFB) is issued by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS). DOCCS is responsible for providing and administering prescription medication to incarcerated individuals under DOCCS’s care. DOCCS intends to make a single award for all prescription strengths and package sizes of Revlimid and the generic version Lenalidomide.

Revlimid and/or Lenalidomide will be provided and administered to incarcerated individuals at DOCCS Correctional Facilities throughout New York State. Historically, DOCCS has had 6 individuals prescribed Revlimid. DOCCS is providing this information for historical purposes only. DOCCS cannot accurately determine the number of incarcerated individuals that will be prescribed this medication or dosage requirements for the five-year term.

The awarded Contractor must be an authorized pharmacy or distributor of the branded products. Products supplied under this agreement must be authentic, new and cannot be obtained from secondary sources of supply.

The medication will be prescribed and administered by DOCCS prescribers and medical staff who are required to be compliant with any Risk, Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) requirements for any REMS classified medications.
