There is no charge for plans and specifications.

Bidders must be on the plan holder's list to receive the plans and specifications, addendum(s) and to submit a bid. To be added to the plan holders list, please submit a request to purchasing@clevelandohio.gov . In the email request, please include the company's name and address, a representative’s name, as well as a telephone number and email address. Upon receipt of your request, you will receive an email from the Division of Purchases and Supplies containing a SharePoint link to the plans and specifications.

There will be a NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting, Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Cleveland City Hall 601 Lakeside Ave. Cleveland, Ohio 44114, Room 518A.

Note: Bid must be delivered to the Office of the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies, Cleveland City Hall, 601 Lakeside Avenue, Room 128, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 before 12 o’clock noon (Eastern Time).
