The City of Davenport is currently accepting proposals from qualified plumbing and pipefitting contractors for a services contract at the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP), located at 2606 South Concord Street, Davenport, Iowa.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 20, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP), located at 2606 South Concord Street, Davenport, Iowa. This will be a time to visit the location, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance.
Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
