2025-135 Traffic Signal Construction & Maintenance IDIQ Rebid

The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids for:

Solicitation Number: IFB 2025-135 Traffic Signal Construction & Maintenance IDIQ (Rebid)

Project Scope: The scope of the project includes maintenance and construction on-call services for City of San Marcos traffic signals. The annual construction volume is estimated to be $150,000.00 per year.

Project Manual, plans, addenda, bid tabulation, etc., are available for download at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement .

Bidders must submit a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the City's project estimated annual expenditure of $150,000.

Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time, and the bid opening will be conducted via video conference. Award is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, August 5, 2025, City Council meeting, at 6:00 p.m., or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.
