The City of San Marcos issoliciting sealed bids to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:
Solicitation Number: IFB 2025-063 SurfaceWater Treatment Plant Land Lease for Agricultural Use
Specifications, addenda, bidtabulation, etc., available for download at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement .
Bids must bereceived in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St.,San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than February 20, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time,and will be conducted via videoconferencing. Teams meeting link is included in solicitation.
Award is scheduled for the March 18, 2025, City Council meeting at 6:00p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.
