RE: CITY OF HOLLAND REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL/PHASE ONE and PHASE TWO GREENHOUSE RELOCATION-DEMOLITION PROJECT
The City of Holland will receive sealed RFPs from prospective firms for demolition work to be completed at the City’s Greenhouse located at 496 Central Ave. Holland, Mi 49423.
The RFPs will be received at the FINANCE OFFICE IN THE CITY HALL BUILDING, 270 S. RIVER AVENUE, HOLLAND, MICHIGAN until 11:30 A.M., Thursday July 10, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. You are invited, but not required, to attend said RFP opening.
Bids must be on the “RFP FORM” provided and be submitted in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked “PHASE ONE GREENHOUSE RELOCATION/ CATALOGING PROJECT”. Which is to be completed by a Greenhouse Contractor. IF you are a General Contractor bidding on PHASE TWO, envelopes must be clearly marked “PHASE TWO GREENHOUSE DEMOLITION”.
All RFPs are to be net, F.O.B. – Holland, Michigan.
