The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime is looking to set up a Long-Term Contract (LTC) for two (2) different batteries. National Stock Numbers for the batteries are 6140-01-475-9355 and 6140-01-502-4973. Please review the attached Market Survey Questionnaire and Spreadsheet, along with the Product Identification Description (PID) for an approved sources list. Both items have Acquisition Method Codes (AMC) and Acquisition Method Suffix Codes (AMSC) of 1/Z.

Please email the filled-out survey and spreadsheet to Camerson Siebeneck at camerson.siebeneck@dla.mil by the response date of 3/14/2025.
